   Attend monthly meetings with engineers at EES and prepare invoices on a job by job basis in QuickBooks desktop for review by the CFO.Update the Project spreadsheet for the amounts billed on each job on a monthly basis.Track subcontractor invoices and create and e-mail check requests to the CFO once the subcontractor achieves the specified benchmark and after the client has paid EES for the subcontracted work.Review EES expense reports for accuracy and compliance with HR guidelines, scan and e-mail them to the CFO along with all the backup documentation; Follow up with e-mails and phone calls to collect delinquent Accounts Receivables and meet with the CFO and NuEnergen Office Manager to review the delinquent list once a week; Input and track all costs in Excel and generate reports on the ongoing profitability on a job by job basis.
