About Jonathan Ciriaco

I’m passionate about bridging systems, communities, and individuals through strategic leadership, ethical conflict resolution, and faith-rooted service. As a member of the American Bar Association’s Section of Dispute Resolution, I stay engaged in national conversations around mediation, ombuds practices, and equitable approaches to conflict.Through my nonprofit, Envoy Culture, I lead initiatives that support underserved communities through mentorship, workforce development, and values-based leadership. Our work focuses on practical empowerment—helping people access resources, build financial literacy, and understand sustainable change rooted in biblical principles.In addition, I serve as a campus minister, walking alongside students as they explore purpose, resilience, and identity in today’s world. Whether I’m facilitating a workshop, building partnerships, or guiding young leaders, my mission is consistent: create environments where people are seen, heard, and equipped to grow.

   Spiritual Guidance and Mentorship: Provide spiritual guidance and mentorship to college students, helping them grow in their faith and navigate personal and academic challenges-Community Building: Organize and lead community-building activities, including Bible studies, worship services, and fellowship events, to foster a supportive and inclusive Christian community on campus-Outreach and Engagement: Develop and implement outreach initiatives to engage new students, promote fellowship events, and raise awareness about Seekers Christian Fellowship\'s mission and activities-Leadership Development: Equip and train student leaders, empowering them to take on leadership roles within the fellowship and develop their skills for future ministry and service opportunities.
