ABOUT JONATHAN CHILDERS

Jonathan R. Childers is an experienced first-chair trial lawyer helping businesses and executives prosecute and defend complex claims in Texas and throughout the United States. In addition to his business trial practice, in 2026, Jonathan serves as President of the 11,700 member Dallas Bar Association. Jonathan has a special focus on high-stakes business torts, energy litigation, partnership and business ownership disputes, trade secret litigation, and complex financial issues and damages. He litigates and tries cases frequently involving breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty (often in the finance, energy, and commercial real estate contexts), theft of trade secrets, tortious interference, and business disparagement.
