In my previous roles as the Kensington EPIC Coordinator and Youth Development Facilitator, I facilitated productive partnerships with government agencies, community organizations, and educational institutions to tackle truancy, mentorship, and youth leadership development.My media production and creative arts background has allowed me to communicate messages and engage audiences effectively. Whether producing captivating videos, developing marketing materials, or directing live events, I thrive in harnessing the power of visual storytelling to inspire action and raise awareness.Furthermore, my entrepreneurial spirit led me to establish my own small business, One Cent Properties, where I manage and rehabilitate properties to provide affordable housing options for young adults and transitional housing for men.I seek new opportunities to leverage my skills and passion within a dynamic organization committed to reentry services, community empowerment, or social justice.
