My broad-based expertise covers business and relationship development, strategic planning, and financial analysis in the Equipment Financing Industry. I work best with fast-paced & capital intensive businesses led by entrepreneurial management teams. I like the business leader that has the vision, the drive, the team and needs the financial partner to complete the work. The senior care & hospitality industries are an area I am particularly passionate and effective in, but not limited to those industries. I\'ve worked with small-to-midsize businesses and the industries span the full spectrum. My company has experience in financing various types of equipment - the basis for our credit decision is rarely the strength of the collateral but the financial performance of our debtor. I am always looking to build on my skill base and in growing my knowledge and effectiveness. Leadership, mentoring, and volunteerism are areas of interest and recent growth for me. I\'m a proud Louisvillian and love being a tool for the city\'s growth and development.

   The Leasing Group is a network of forty-two community banks scattered throughout Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee and Ohio. These banks provide funding for equipment financing opportunities, both individually and in participation. As a group, our focus is to extend an additional level of credit to businesses in our region. My goal is to build and maintain relationships with clients throughout the region by providing quality financing services.Responsibilities- Fostering & Developing client relations for new business development- Leading & Participating in the credit review and underwriting of small to mid-size businesses and nonprofit organizations- Leading & Executing revenue generating and cost saving strategies- Building & Managing the relationships of business owners, executives, commercial bankers and vendors
