I have 34 years’ experience, working in the Mechanical and Electrical contracting business with over 10 years working in the pre-construction stage of contracting. I also spent 4 years as Director/Owner of a HVAC / Data Centre specialist. My extensive wealth of experience covers all aspects of contracting, but not limited to and in particular, my most recent roles have covered, customer relationship management, bid management in a collaborative work winning approach, cost and financial management during the pre-contract stages. I have an in depth understanding of the construction process from initial design to final handover and beyond.I focus on key customer relationships; these are the backbone of any business and I strive to deliver on any promises made during the pre-commencement and tendering periods. I have an attention to detail when understanding the customers’ requirements and timescales, this approach deliver’s outstanding innovative solutions that exceeds customer expectations and ultimately delivers projects that allows businesses to thrive in their own sectors.
