I work at the interface of statistics, AI/ML and bioinformatics, and I am excited about using these technologies to improve patients\' lives. My current work includes designing and analyzing omic studies for preclinical applications in the pharmaceutical industry. From my academic career, I have experience developing algorithms for analysing data from epigenetic assays, specifically Capture Hi-C and ChIP-seq, and using these for target prioritisation.
