Jonathan Page\'s main practice area lies within the offshore sector assisting Norwegian and international clients with structuring, risk assessment, negotiation and accomplishment of projects related to the construction/conversion, sale/purchase/chartering, management and operation of rigs (both semi-subs and jack-ups) and commercial vessels. Jonathan also advises on the provision of construction / acquisition finance in the offshore sector and regularly acts for borrowers / banks in the traditional bank finance markets and issuers / bond trustee / bondholders in the Norwegian high yield bond market.
