Primary responsibilities includes day-to-day administration of all leave, retirementand benefits programs. This role is responsible for supporting HR Support Services requests. Assures data integrity from HRIS through active directory. Serves as the subject matter expert on allcompliance issues related to the human resources function primarily responsible for ensuringcompliance with federal/state and local labor law and posting requirements as well as employeecompliance to the company’s internal policies. Manages Patelco’s benefits and leave programsencompassing all state and federal laws such as FMLA, CFRA, PDL, etc. and their integration withshort- and long-term disability programs. Responsible for the workers compensation programs andcommittees, ergonomics, and overall safety and soundness of the team members.Secondary role is1st line of defense for HR/People Compliance. Works with Compliance, Internal Audit, Legal to ensure Credit Union as an employer is up to date with a local, state, federal employer requirements. Project owner of Handbook, CPP, Violence Prevention Pan (WVP), and Apparel program.
