Based at TotalEnergies House I support the Asset User groups, ensuring all Marine supply operation vessels are coordinated in a safe, efficient and effective manner and in compliance with legislation, Company and Gomo guidelines. Major role in the management of logistics contracts e.g. Logistics services and PSV contracts.• Contract holder for Supply Vessels, weather and fuel. To manage contracts and build great relationships to optimize value for the business. • Marine/quayside focal point for creating scope of work and technical evaluation of contract tenders and continued evaluation of performance.• Operations Committee member of the CNS Pool that has recently commenced and played a major role in setting this up.• Plan and Coordinate marine sailing schedule for drilling and production assets. Review operational requirements, vessel availability and weather forecasts to plan sailing and routings.• Short to medium term chartering of PSV and Anchor Handling vessels and conducting company safety briefings.• Analyse long term PSV support requirements, Coordinate vessel tendering process and technical assessment of vessels.• Manage vessel turnaround activities and bulk loading processes. Liaison with quayside, shipping department, offshore assets and vessel Masters to ensure speedy and efficient turnarounds.• Marine focal point to ensure Maersk gets full value from logistics contracts through cost cutting initiatives, negotiations and resource sharing. • Analyse marine data and voyage reports for cost allocation, control and KPI metrics.• Represent Marine/Logistics department in HAZID, safety, planning and drilling meetings• Manage relevant Logistics budget.• Logistics focal point for Joint venture audits.• Raise relevant financial commitments in SAP and support the other SAP users.• Deputise for logistics specialist within the team.• Member of the Emergency response team and duty rota.

ABOUT JONATHAN BRUCE
During my 19 years logistics experience I have been learning all aspects of marine/quayside operations whilst gaining knowledge in other areas of logistics and contract management. Throughout my career I have thrived in small teams gaining and sharing experience. Perhaps the most satisfying project I have been involved in is being influential in creating, defining and setting up the CNNS Pool and showing collaboration can be successful. I am now looking for an opportunity to broaden my experience base and further my logistics career.I am also a member of the AMLA Steering Group.
