Corporate security manager of a highly prestigious mixed use development in Oxford Street. He lead a high calibre team of security personnel who delivered strong performance. He developed a broad range of KPI\'s to raise standards and to contribute to his continuous improvement strategy. From the start-up phase he initiated the standard operating procedures, emergency response plans and risk assessments at this new site. He initiated table top exercises to test a variety of emergency response scenarios to identify and remedy any gaps which became evident. He has developed strong links with law enforcement agencies, businesses and other strategic stakeholders.
