Current member since November (10K+Hours) Attended a four year Washington accredited apprenticeship program.Through the apprenticeship I was trained in blue print reading, and became Washington certified WABO welder, master rigger and tower crane bellmen + 12 others construction certifications.(AGC) Acquired my, Const. Management Degree to help me further my successful career growth as a Const. Project Manager & Superintendant. Also, I was a Foreman and General Foreman on several job sites through the ironworkers union. I have managed between 300-500 workers depending on how big each project was. Through the union halls training programs I have taken Osha 10 and Osha 30 programs, and received both of my certifications in each of the classes. Through my four years of apprenticeship I became a Journeymen Ironworker & A General Superintendent.(JIW). This allows me to be Highly skilled in all aspects of our trade. Such as rebar to welding, or hanging structural steel & ect.With over 28+ years of construction experience for all trades and as an ironworker I have worked for amazing companies. I have worked in Canada and also at Hanford for Bechtel as an ironworker and as a Project safety manager & representative for 15+years. Helping to build one of the worlds biggest aluminum factories. Being in the Union can take you around the world. As an Ironworker, I thank my Union for all the years of experience and training for me to become a Master & successful Ironworker.I am now a Site Senior Construction Superintendent & Project Safety Director over 28 years now. My other skill set is a construction Safety manager for Safety Matters. I have worked for Safety Matters about 6+ year as a Construction Safety Manager & Consultant. With my construction background I can use my experience to help our fellow Brothers and Sisters in our industry. To teach them about how to identify hazards in construction. Understand why Safety in the work place is important and what we can do better each day, SO we can go home safely to our family\'s.
