About Jonathan Borth
I’m an experienced Aerospace Senior Manager. Currently, working at historic Moffett Field as an Inspector General for the 129th Rescue Wing.I’ve worked on military aircraft ranging from B-52H, C-17A, KC-135, HH-60G, and a squadron of P-51D Mustangs. I’ve led missions as a tactical aircraft maintainer in and out of combat zones all over the world, led large team/ high tempo enroute maintenance hubs in Germany, Spain, and Turkey. I transitioned into management, becoming a Lead Inspector of the 452nd MXG Quality Assurance Section at March ARB, and then, Superintendent of the Aircraft Maintenance Docks at NASA AMES, Moffett Field. I currently lead 39 personnel as the Accessories Systems Flight Superintendent for the California Air National Guard at the 129th Rescue Wing in San Jose, California. I’ve employed Agile, Scrum, Greenbelt, Lean, and Six Sigma improvement processes, designed an expansive suite of Excel based products that track personnel, programs, equipment and QA analytics.I have a bit of experience from everywhere. The world is a wonderful place with lots of opportunities. I’ve been fortunate to find a consistent growth mindset through international races in several South American countries, producing music, enjoying the passion of artistic expression. mostly comic book designs. and, let us not forget, raising kids. likely the most challenging workflow management and personnel management training course ever built! Hats off to the super parents out there!I use my experience to balance a healthy diet of expression, impact and wealth building. A happy workforce is an innovative one, a productive and powerful entity capable of great things.
