As the Director of Sales Engineering, my role is to lead a dynamic team of SEs. This involves positioning the team to become a bridge between Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Support and Leadership, to help drive revenue through successful sales engagements. This is done through collaboration with each group, be it through demos and conversations with Sales, or by providing insights from the team’s domain knowledge and deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, all while tracking success through data driven metrics and KPIs.
