An experienced and accomplished healthcare executive that achieves results through the development of highly effective teams that have clear expectations, understand their accountability and see the value of working collaboratively to achieve goals. Driven by a professional motto -\"we WILL succeed and we WILL fail - in both we will do it together as a team and learn keenly along that journey.\" Experiences include developing new programs and strategic partnerships, launching new businesses and business lines, establishing integrated clinical service lines across a care continuum, reducing clinical variation through the establishment of evidence based care process models, creating strategic alignment and stabilizing relationship with providers, leading alternative payment methods (APM\'s) initiatives, and creating regional network of care strategy that enable market growth in targeted services. Strategic operational management experience and philosophy is based on nationally recognized organizations including Mayo Clinic, Wake Forest Health, and Mission Health.Active community member that appreciates the value of a strong community that is engaged in its future. Strong business partnerships will enable a more stable and growing community that is not only able to ensure resources for the community, but also to improve its overall health through focusing on its social determinants of health. Experiences include board membership with the United Way of Buncombe County, Asheville-Buncombe County Sports Commission, Asheville Chamber of Commerce and the March of Dimes of Western North Carolina. Father of 3 incredibly bright and energetic children and husband of an amazing lady.
