Jonathan assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer for Learning at PwC in September 2019 after previously having served as Chief Learning Architect for Learning and Development (L&D). Jonathan is also a member of the Firm’s US People Leadership Team, L&D Leadership Team and Network-wide Decision Making Committee. As COO for Learning he leads the execution of the firm\'s strategy for Infinite Learning while constantly nurturing the ever expanding, complex ecosystem for learning at PwC. The COO provides the leadership, day-to-day management and forward-looking vision necessary to ensure that the organization maintains a customer-centric focus and client centered approach to skills development. Additionally, the COO guides continuous improvement related to operational controls, policies and reporting procedures, and leading edge learning systems to effectively enable Infinite Learning within the firm, ensure responsible financial management and operating efficiency in order to continue to be fit for purpose.
