I am an inspired servant leader and an experienced litigator who represents and defends major corporations in various labor and employment issues, commercial general liability, business interruption, and opioid coverage disputes.I have successfully argued motions for summary judgment in high-stakes premises liability cases. I have also handled Title VII cases involving sex, race, and age discrimination claims for employers nationwide, in administrative proceedings and in both Florida federal and state courts. Additionally, I have also successfully handled ADA accessibility claims, including ADA website compliance cases establishing myself as a tactful, aggressive, and effective litigator.Outside of my professional career, I enjoy long-distance cycling and spending quality time with my wife and son.
