ABOUT JONATHAN ANDRADE
I am a Business Analytics major in the 3+1 MBA program at the University of Hartford (Class of 2028). I am also pursuing a minor in Risk Management & Insurance to strengthen my understanding of investments, financial markets, and risk analysis. On campus, I am actively involved in Club Volleyball. I also plan to further develop my professional and leadership experience by joining Beta Alpha Psi and the Barney Leadership Council. Outside of academics, I work in retail, where I focus on providing excellent customer service while developing strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. This role has helped me learn how to effectively engage with people, resolve challenges in fast-paced environments, and contribute to a positive and collaborative atmosphere. I am passionate about investments, finance, leadership, and insurance, and I aspire to build a career that combines strong analytical thinking with effective leadership and interpersonal skills. My goal is to apply data-driven insights while building meaningful professional relationships and continuing to grow both personally and professionally.
