Project Assistant to the Director of Broker Sales South @Allianz Versicherungs AG

As a project assistant supporting the Director of Broker Sales South, I am the counterpart of the personal assistant. My role involves gathering and synthesizing data for executive presentations, including board meetings and consultations with the works council. I coordinate the communication with the heads of department and other managers. Another part of my job is to be responsible for the planning and follow-up of leadership meetings and designing the concept and structure of executive workshops and leadership conferences. In addition, I actively support the WoMen@Allianz network—co-founded by my manager—at their events.
