I am the founder and CEO of Novell Corporate Development. This consulting firm supports companies in their efforts to accelerate growth through inorganic/acquisitive growth, corporate strategy formulation, or innovation programs. I have over 20 years of experience in leading, executing, and implementing advanced practices to achieve corporate development opportunities in various industries, such as cloud solutions, software, and advanced technologies.I am also a contractor and course facilitator at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where I share my insights and knowledge on corporate innovation, enterprise valuations, and change management with the LEAD program participants. I hold a LEAD Certificate in Corporate Innovation from Stanford and an MS in Business Administration and Computer Science from Copenhagen Business School. My core competencies include financial analysis and due diligence, merger and acquisition, post-merger integration, contract negotiation and development, go-to-market strategy development, cloud transformation, team building and leadership. My mission is to help companies improve their corporate value creation through technology investments, acquisitions, and partnerships and to empower them to navigate the complex and dynamic business environment.
