I am a hospitality professional who has worked their way through a huge variety of positions within the sector. From starting as a kitchen assistant I am now in a position where I am proud to be able to support the teams that are working their way up the hospitality career ladder as I did. This gives me a unique understanding for the people my work impacts on a day to day basis. I am also a team player who enjoys interacting and working with others to deliver and exceed customer expectations and company KPI’s and objectives, Priding himself in conveying these with the highest of standards and service at all times. A keen learner who seizes new opportunities and who is highly involved within the Hospitality and Catering industry, primarily in Hotel General Management, Food and Beverage, current industry standards and further education. I am very passionate about developing others having helped and supported a number of my team members gain promotion into management roles.A standard driven individual with outstanding levels of delivery to customers and business owners alike through proven effective General Management.
