Driven by the potential of AI and deeptech to solve real challenges across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, R&D, procurement and enterprise IT, I translate complex problems into validated opportunities, evaluate startup technologies and execute startup pilots that deliver measurable impact and enable scalable enterprise adoption.At 27pilots and Deloitte, I advance the Venture Client model as a scalable innovation engine and help global clients such as Bosch adopt startup technologies at scale. I lead a portfolio of 15+ startup pilot projects and align cross-functional stakeholders across the full engagement path, from validating corporate challenges and evaluating startup technologies to negotiating pilot procurement and delivering hands-on pilot execution with measurable impact and high adoption rates.Before Deloitte, I helped build new market segments and the application consulting function at a manufacturing startup during its scale-up, enabling leading OEMs and industrial customers to adopt advanced manufacturing technologies. At BMW’s Additive Manufacturing Center, I evaluated emerging production technologies and developed data-driven processes to bring new capabilities into R&D and production.Across all roles, I navigate complex environments, structure technology-driven initiatives and ensure that promising technologies move from concept to real, enterprise-scale impact.
