I’m a Consultative Seller at Blue Mountain, where I specialize in helping life sciences companies solve complex challenges related to compliance, operational efficiency, scalability, and asset management. My journey started in the recruiting world, working as a full-desk tech recruiter, where I gained a deep understanding of how to work collaboratively in a high paced environment while helping meeting the needs of both candidates and hiring managers. From there, I transitioned into a more sales dominant role at a high-growth software startup centered around Candidate and Employee Experience (CX/EX). While there I worked with companies in every industry addressing unique challenges pertaining to navigating the candidate landscape and improving hiring outcomes for both sides. Today, I work exclusively with life sciences organizations, partnering with businesses of all sizes to deliver an asset management software solution tailored specifically to the life sciences industry and helping them achieve FDA/GMP compliance and providing safe and effective medications and products to everyone. My passion for solving big problems and providing solutions without the doublespeak has always been the guiding force behind my career, and I’m excited to continue helping companies navigate their most pressing challenges. When I\'m not working you can find me with my head buried in Sudoku puzzles, attempting to get back into reading for pleasure, collecting watches, trying the newest restaurants in the city, spending as much time as I can with friends and family, and of course rooting at the top of my lungs for my Philly sports teams.
