Responsible for the legal strategy to develop, deploy, maintain and protect company’s IP and its execution globally in the most effective ways to support growth agenda of MDLZ (including M&A), as well as for defining legal strategy and providing legal support in global contracting, supply chain, procurement, licensing and marketing activities around the world, especially in cutting edge new ways of doing business – digital, social media, e-commerce; setting legal strategies, creating and supporting joint ventures. Also responsible for Corporate and Legal operations world-wide, including outside counsel and budget management, as well as for the department’s knowledge management and technology systems, trainings, work tools and their implementation worldwide. Member of the Global Corporate and Legal Affairs and Mondelēz Supply Chain Leadership Teams; member of the Dong Suh Foods (coffee JV) Board of Directors.
