Our premium sausage products are now shipped nationwide and available in most major retailers. Mr. Amidei is the Chief Operating Officer and has responsibilities for the overall operations, sales and marketing of the organization. He works closely with the President and CEO in determining the strategic direction of the company and serves a member of the Swaggerty Senior Executive Management Team.
