I’m Jonah Jimenez, a high school business and finance focused student building my skills through all the opportunities I can take on. In school, I lead and compete. I’m the President of my FBLA chapter and I’m building out Future Financial Leaders, a student group built around competition prep, practical finance learning, and professional development. I\'m also apart of the DECA State Action Team, contributing to each step DECA makes on the RI state level along with being an active competitor in my event, Professional Selling (PSE).Outside of school, I run a business. I co-own Anchor & Spray, a local pressure washing business where I handle outreach, quoting, customer communication, scheduling, and job execution. We have a main focus on commercial properties such as restaurant\'s and even universities and cleared over in revenue. I like the part most people avoid, walking in cold, getting told no, following up, and still getting the yes.I also work in the fine dining and casual restaurant industry. I’ve worked as a food runner, busser, barback, assistant server, and host and I’ve learned how to move fast, communicate, and handle pressure without losing professionalism.On the technical side, I’m actively building credentials and knowledge in finance. I’m working through certificates and structured coursework to level up in markets, accounting, Excel, and financial modeling. I’m not interested in sounding smart. I’m interested in being useful.I’m looking for opportunities where I can learn fast and contribute fast, internships, shadowing, and mentorship in finance, sales, business development, or operations.
