Responsible for overall Client satisfaction and serves as the primary interface between the Client and the Vendor. Ensures contract compliance including successful accomplishment of contract deliverables. Plans, organizes and directs all computing activities at the site according to contract scope. Responsible for the development and execution of strategic (long range) and tactical (annual) work plans designed to meet Client business objectives. Recruits and maintains technically proficient staff and ensures they receive the tools and training necessary to effectively and efficiently perform their assignments. Conducts periodic staff and management meetings to keep staff informed, promote communications between teams and identify and resolve outstanding service delivery issues. Ensures staff receives timely and accurate performance appraisals and career development opportunities. Exercises authority, when necessary, to remove non-performing or disruptive staff from the site. Provides periodic written status reports to the Client on projects, activities, events and staff resource utilization. Prepares and monitors the Vendor’s annual site financial budget and approves all site related Vendor expenditures. Negotiates and executes subcontractor agreements on behalf of the Vendor. Remain aware of new directions in technology and their application to client business processes. Outstanding interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
