Jonah’s 15+ years of practice has primarily focused on representing plaintiffs and defendants across multiple industries; including, entertainment, design and tech in contract disputes, partnership dissolutions, copyright and trademark litigation, amongst additional matters.Jonah is admitted to practice law in both New York and California, and in following federal courts: Central, Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of California, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, Colorado and the Southern District of Texas as well as the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.Prior to commencing his career in law, Jonah worked in the jewelry industry in design,marketing and operations. Working in all aspects of the jewelry business gave him an in-depth understanding of the challenges of running a business. Jonah’s background provides him a strong business acumen, and greater understanding of his clients, their business, and the best methods for solving business disputes.Jonah earned his B.A. at Tulane University in 2003 and graduated cum laude from Pace University School of Law in 2007. While at Pace Law School, Jonah consistently made Dean’s List, and was elected as the Student Bar Association President. Jonah’s experience during law school also included clerking for a judge in the Commercial Division in New York County State Supreme Court and interning at the Commodities Futures Trading Commission.
