A few tasks assigned to me were- Write contracts for trade partners on upcoming jobs- Write, approve, and send out change orders to trade partners- Manage the job site from day-to-day tasks to bigger activities such as concrete pours- Communicate with trade partners, owners, design partners, and other parties for our projects- Create and distribute bid documents for projects- Procure materials in materials at a time.)- Document meeting minutes for OAC/Internal meetings- Problem solve with trade partners on issues that pertain to material procurement, drawing discrepancies, change order errors, and more- Keep strong communication and relations with project partners- Do whatever is needed to progress the project.

Bridging the gap between construction and communication, I am a dual-degree student at Northern Arizona University, pursuing Construction Management and Journalism. My passion lies at the intersection of strategic leadership, technical expertise, and effective storytelling—skills I leverage in both the built environment and the newsroom. Beyond campus, I have gained hands-on industry experience as a Project Engineer at my construction internships, where I have worked closely with project teams to manage schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure smooth project delivery. I am also actively involved in industry organizations, including the National Association of Women In Construction, Lean Construction Institute, and the Design-Build Institute of America.
