I am a proven leader with a successful track record of over 40 years of managing technical programs, projects, diverse teams (analytical, design, test, production, operations and logistics) and multiple organizations for both large and small businesses to meet performance objectives. This experience includes program and risk management, project and systems engineering, product development, strategic planning, proposal preparation, cost estimation, conceptual design, final design and all aspects of equipment development, operations and logistics for a diverse customer base inclusive of the aerospace, oil field, other government agencies and commercial companies. I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) highly adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines in response to specific business objectives and external and internal challenges including over 15 years of direct involvement with international partners and government officials. I have significant experience in contract and supply chain management and export compliance. I have acted as the export compliance official dealing with multiple foreign governments and corporations.
