As an experienced Solutions Architect, my career achievements have included large-scale, distributed application deployments for CSX Transportation, T. Rowe Price and Hechinger’s. I have worked in the past in both a managerial and technical capacity. I have been able to gain valuable experience evaluating and implementing software applications for multiple platforms (mainframe, client\\server, web and mobile). I have always tried to evaluate technological advances to see how they can become key business solutions.Accomplishments include: • Developed and implemented CSX’s Mobile strategy which led to the deployment of the first mobile app for a Class I Railroad on the iTunes AppStore and Google Play store.• Currently serve on the CSX Architecture Review Committee, CSX Cloud Council and Modernization Team. • Member of the CSX Field First Team designed to better understand business requirements and apply the best technology solution to meet those challenges.• Conducted extensive product evaluations on enterprise portals, business intelligence tools, security options and messaging products. • Deployed the first CSX Enterprise portal application for over users as well as integration with IBM’s LDAP solution to meet strategic security goals. • Implemented new web-based business intelligence tool for over 2,500 data warehouse users• Coordinated development efforts of over 100 people to create T. Rowe Price’s first NT Web application allowing customers to track investment opportunities. • Served as primary vendor management contact in order to coordinate technical issues, maintenance release versions, licensing and consulting.
