About Jon Wilson

With a passion for construction and the outdoors, Jon Wilson — a Wisconsin native, has worked as a project manager for a cold storage industrial contractor, as a project manager for an industrial contractor, as a manager directing new store construction for Kohl’s Department Stores and then as director of operations at a real estate development and construction firm before finding his way to Charlotte in 2006. Since joining Trinity Capital Jon has been a key member of the industrial platform which focuses on the development of multiple-sized industrial buildings and industrial parks for investment across the southeast. Providing end-to-end development and construction management services, Jon has continually delivered customized solutions that ensure quality planning and execution for all Trinity Capital Stakeholders.As Senior Vice President of Development, Jon spearheads the continued expansion of Trinity Capital Industrial Investment business — a critical role given the growth of Trinity Capitals further pursuit of entitlement and development work required to bring future sites into production.Specialties: My expertise includes conceptual land and building planning, proforma estimating, budgeting, designer and contractor negotiation, and tenant/client/investor relationship management.
