As a proactive engineer I work to create safer, smarter autonomous solutions.This starts with understanding customer applications and requirements direct from the users and operators. Building this relationship on both a technical and personal level allows for a rapid development cycle and resolution of challenges as they arise.Good design is a balance of proven design and radical innovation. In vehicle automation as with many sectors these factors must be judges against cost, performance and above all safety.As a chartered engineer and technical expert in the field of machinery safety and functional safety I take a very practical, hands-on approach to developing automation solutions to meet the modern drivers of environment, safety and productivity.
