Responsible for all internal communications across the UK and Ireland for AXA Partners UK, working to positively influence the working culture and enhance the employee experience. This includes creating accessible and engaging communications, followed by measuring their impact and success. I work closely with our Global AXA colleagues to ensure global strategies are brought to life and implemented at a local level.I lead on creating, developing and implementing local internal, CSR, D&I and Wellbeing strategies for the UK business, whilst working closely with our colleagues in Ireland. I also plan, deliver and measure the success of all internal events.I am responsible for managing our Internal Communications Coordinator, and together we manage all internal Communications Channels, including digital and physical platforms.
