I have been self employed running bars, restaurants and coffee shops for over 10 years. Taking them from concept stage all the way through to opening. Training staff and delivering the product and the service we can be proud of. Recently ventured into the event catering field with the \'Silver Grilla\' which specialise in slow roast meats pulled and marinated in home made sauces.Currently looking for the next premises and project working with Continental Patisserie to deliver a coffee shop with exceptional cakes and patisserie\'s in South Wales.
