I believe every entrepreneur deserves two things: a business that truly works for them, and a workplace where their team thrives. That’s why I became an EOS Implementer®—to help leadership teams build thriving businesses, clarify their vision, gain traction, and create environments where people love coming to work.My journey here wasn’t a straight line. Over two decades, I owned or partnered in four very different businesses—from real estate to dealerships to manufacturing. Two succeeded, two didn’t, and each taught me lessons I carry into every session with clients. Along the way, I helped scale a manufacturing company with an average annual growth rate of 22% over nine years, and learned firsthand the highs and lows of entrepreneurship.By 2019, I felt called to take what I had learned and pour it into helping other leaders. Today, through Tribridge Solutions, I help business owners who feel stuck, stretched thin, or weighed down by uncertainty to find clarity, direction, and freedom.When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me at home in Barrie, Ontario, with my wife Kristin and our four young adult kids, enjoying life and the adventure of helping others live theirs to the fullest.
