My clinical experience of 28 years has allowed me to develop expertise in the management of complex problems of the shoulder. My Business training includes multiple executive educational programs at Harvard Business School and Harvard School of Public Health.My special interest is to improve clinical care, process of recovery, and clinical outcomes through entrepreneurial and academic activities in the areas of virtual reality, augmented reality, novel implant and instrument design as well as care redesign.
