   Participated on the management team of two major initiatives for the Zions Bancorporation: 1 - Enterprise Loan Operations ($23M Budget)- Worked directly with the commercial lending operational groups from the Bancorp and its six affiliate banks throughout the western United States to centralize all operations to Salt Lake City and Houston- Generated budgets for the new department through 2017 and helped to design overall department structure. 2 - Credit Lead ($52M Budget) to replace existing credit reporting systems- Work closely with the project managers and department executives to oversee project work. Ensuring timelines are followed and actual spend aligns with the budgeted expenses. Handled forecasting and budgeting for Customer and Channel Management, the product team that supports product development for the Online and Mobile platforms for the Zions Bancorp. Worked with product managers to develop business cases and in support of proposed products. Included work in data gathering, benefits calculations, and representing the financial aspects of business cases in executive reviews.
