   I joined Reworld™ (previously known as Covanta) to develop and oversee DEA compliance efforts—ensuring that our work is fully compliant with federal, state, and local requirements.In this position, I develop strategies, programs, training materials, and SOPs for operations and compliance management. In addition to planning and executing regulatory audits and investigations, I supervise staff in completing all required documentation and reports. I also oversee security of facilities and equipment in conjunction with DEA Compliance. • Build and sustain relationships with the local DEA Field Office, State Boards of Pharmacy, and other stakeholders.• Create and review SOPs to ensure compliance with Title 21 Code of Federal Regulations Part 1300, and other requirements set forth by DEA, DOT, EPA, FDA, and state agencies.• Provide expertise, advice, and training to assist in the receipt, management, and destruction of controlled substances.Compliance Management | Audits & Investigations | Program Leadership | Security Management | Training & Development | Regulatory Compliance | Reporting | Continuous process Improvement | Business Development | Quality & Safety
