There are two pillars that are fundamental for companies going forward: data and sustainability. Society’s landscape is shifting, and key stakeholders — including employees, shareholders, and customers — have easy access to information about company practices. Due to this increasing level of transparency, a company’s trustworthiness has become a critical factor that stakeholders are considering in their investing and purchasing decisions.My interests revolve around the pillars mentioned above. More specifically, how companies can use data to be environmentally sustainable and better corporate citizens overall.The ability to harness data and use it for socially responsible practices, such as environmental sustainability and good corporate governance, is essential for companies to stay ahead of the curve in this shifting landscape.I am passionate about finding the intersection between establishing trust with shareholders and stakeholders alike, and bolstering the company’s triple bottom line - people, planet, and profit. By identifying this intersection I seek to mitigate risk, capitalize on a notably expanding market and drive long term value.
