In this capacity, I maintain transparent communication between IT and medical staff to resolve database and network security problems. Highlights of accomplishment in this role include: I maintained advanced applications by delivering robust system support, troubleshooting issues, and partnering with vendors to source, negotiate, and introduce new systems. I managed LVM eCentaurus Physician Referral application by designing and executing process improvement measures for patient appointments. I introduced process improvement initiatives within physician relations department, including provider on-boarding and off-boarding. I served as System Administrator for Symplr sProvider Credentialing System and MDStaff credentialing system to ensure optimal system functionality and meet organizational requirements.
