Director responsible for generating profit for our Regional flagship office in Reading along with Caversham, Tilehurst and Henley branches. In addition recruitment for the Romans group whilst also being one of the major decision makers on company policies in particular relating directly to Residential Sales. Responsible for staff career progression by means of coaching and training having identified candidates fit for purpose. Recently involved with the largest acquisition the Romans Group has ever successfully carried out when purchasing Atlantis Residential Sales and Lettings business.
