For the past decade, I’ve successfully scaled and led diverse global UX/UI and research teams, embedding governance frameworks, integrating AI and design system innovation, and building experiences that align user needs with business goals.Currently, as VP of UX/UI Design at Hubexo (formerly Byggfakta Group), I lead all design, governance, and customer research across more than 60 SaaS and cloud-based products worldwide. I partner closely with C-Suite leaders to drive transformation through design excellence, collaboration, and evidence-based decision making.I’m passionate about building and mentoring high-performing teams, creating scalable design systems, and developing processes that boost efficiency and consistency across organizations.
