I’ve spent my career in the water sector, working across the lifecycle of water and wastewater projects from planning through design and construction and into operations. This experience has given me an appreciation for how engineering decisions translate into real-world outcomes for water systems and the people who operate, maintain, and depend on them.My focus is as much on people and processes as it is on technical work. I lead a team of engineers and believe that strong mentorship, clear standards, and a culture of continuous improvement allow engineering to have a positive and lasting impact.
