I am an experienced corporate finance advisor with a long track record of leading advice to clients on a large number of successful completed transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, fundraisings, listings, IPOs, mergers and public takeovers. I have worked with clients ranging from small to large corporates, private equity, hedge funds, high-net worth individuals and many international clients.I joined the PwC Corporate Finance team in 2002 having spent four years in Audit where I qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA).
