    Implement/enforce screening & inspection procedures to maintain security integrity throughout all phases of construction.• Conduct continuous threat & vulnerability assessments to identify, assess, & mitigate potential security risks in secure/controlled areas.• Perform routine/construction walk-throughs to verify compliance with ICD-705, project security plans, & approved construction practices.• Maintain constant visual surveillance of contractor activities to detect unauthorized actions, deviations from approved plans, or suspicious behavior.• Manage/oversee the Secure Storage Area (SSA), ensuring proper control, accountability, and documentation of classified materials & approved construction components.• Enforce access control measures by verifying personnel identity, authorization, and clearance prior to granting access to controlled/restricted spaces.• Inspect/document contractor badges, credentials, and presence within secure areas to ensure compliance with access requirements.• Photograph/document construction progress, access points, penetrations, and critical security features to maintain evidentiary record.• Identify, number, catalog, & track all wall, ceiling, and floor penetrations in accordance with approved drawings & security requirements.• Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems, ductwork, and pathways to detect anomalies, unauthorized modifications.• Monitor installation of security-relevant features (e.g, barriers, enclosures, shielding, doors, & hardware) for proper placement & compliance.• Immediately report & document any indications of tampering, sabotage, unauthorized items, unauthorized personnel, or non-compliant construction practices.• Maintain detailed daily logs, inspection records, photographs, & reports to support audits, accreditation, & leadership review.• Coordinate findings/security concerns with Site Security Manager (SSM), Government Security Representative (GSR), & project stakeholders as required.
