From leading technology teams to serving as Chief of Staff, I\'ve learned that the best strategies mean nothing without the right people implementing them and the best people need the right conditions to thrive. Which is where I come in, designing people experiences that actually work, coaching leaders who\'ll coach others and shaping cultures that feel as good as they perform.I\'m energised by the messy, human side of business.
