I lead and coordinate research and policy initiatives focused on housing and social equity, with experience managing multi-stakeholder projects across government and nonprofit sectors. My work includes supporting the design and implementation of tools and strategies to address challenges in rental housing, affordability, and tenant protection. I bring a strong foundation in both qualitative and quantitative research, policy development, and stakeholder engagement. I’ve contributed to grant proposals, policy reports, and federally funded programs, and have a track record of translating complex research into actionable policy and program recommendations.
