An experienced and enthusiastic airline/MRO Deputy Director/Senior Maintenance Manager in EASA Part 145 and FAA Part 121 / 145 line maintenance environments whilst experienced in working within a diverse, multi national and multi cultural workforce to ensure safety, performance and compliance. Enthusiastic with documented historical results in continuous improvement disciplines whilst ensuring compliance with all airworthiness regulations and safety above all as a primary objective. Highly experienced in contract negotiations for line, base and component support, worldwide line station set up, quality auditing, safety and security compliance, managing prescribed budgets whilst ensuring safety and performance targets are continually met using structured tools such as SMS, TQM, Quality Management and Lean/5S+1.
