Plan and schedule weekly maintenance activities for crusher systems to ensure equipment reliability• Prioritize work orders based on asset criticality and operational impact within the Ore Delivery System• Support shutdown planning, ensuring tasks are fully scoped and resourced• Collaborate with operators, supervisors, and stakeholders to ensure all required parts, tools, and resources are available for planned work• Manage SAP CMMS for work order tracking, documentation, and asset performance reporting, while training others on system usage• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as defect elimination, RCM, DMAIC, and engineering projects to enhance reliability• Identify critical risks during planning and integrating controls into maintenance tasks• Provide performance data and insights to improve maintenance processes and help shift from reactive to proactive maintenance strategies
